化学镀Ni-P工艺在高温铜焊接件中应用的研究

摘要 本文以发动机喷油泵中的高温铜焊接件为研究对象,着重研究了高温铜焊接对Ni-P镀层的影响。试验表明,铜焊接前先镀覆 Ni-P合金,不影响铜焊质量,经高温(约 1000℃)铜焊接后,表面镀层尚保持相当于镀态的硬度;此外,工作在焊接后再镀覆Ni-P时,铜、镍润湿性好,有助于化学镀覆的进行,加快沉积速度。因此,本研究结果对需采用高温铜焊接工艺,而又要求具有高硬度和一定耐磨性的零件制造,有较大的实用价值。 The effects of copper welding on Ni-P coating were investigated using components of copper welding in injection pump as sample. The results showed that if Ni-P coating was deposited before copper welding, the welding quality was as fine as without coating and Ni-P coating kept certain hardness equivalent to as deposited; if Ni-P coating was deposited after copper welding, the excellent affinity between nickle and copper was a benefit to the process of Ni-P depositing. Therefore, the testing results are quite useful in practice to components of copper welding.
