摘要
企业家的社会资本就是其在社会价值规范下拥有的关系网络的价值。企业家社会资本思想的提出 ,是企业发展在现代竞争环境下的一种必然选择 ,是追寻筑建企业核心竞争力的结果。企业家社会资本对于获取资源、协调和组织资源以及节约交易费用 ,提高企业经营绩效有着不可替代的作用。
The social capital of entrepreneurs is the value of the social relation network owned by the norm of social value.The presentation of its idea is an inevitable choice to the development of enterprises in the modern competitive environment and a result of constructing core competitiveness.The social capital of entrepreneurs plays an irreplaceable part in obtaining,coordinating and organizing resources,saving trade expenses and improving the management effectiveness of enterprises.
