摘要
通过概略回顾 80年来党对农民问题的认识及其采取的相应政策措施 ,总结其成功经验和值得吸取的教训 ,以期为当前进行的深化农村改革、发展农村经济提供一些历史参考。
Reviewing the Party's cognition of the peasant problems in the past 80 years, this paper sums up the experiences of success and the lessons to be drawn so as to provide some historical reference for the further economic reform and development of the rural areas.
