“6107”饲料添加剂抗Ⅰ生产反应罐温度控制系统的设计

摘要 本文为设计用于“6107”饲料添加剂抗I生产的反应罐温度控制系统,计算出该温度控制系统热能最大需要量为19.75 kW;计算出该系统中热水循环管路临界热绝缘直径为0.0126 m,并设计绝缘层厚度为:0.0315 m;推导出能够满足升温时间要求的恒温水槽水温值的计算公式,试验结果证明该系统能够满足抗I生产的工艺要求。 Study was made on the design of the technique procedure of temperature control system of the anti-I of '6170' feed additive.The critical diameter and thickness of the heat-insulating layer of the pipe of the circulating fluid were calculated and found to be 0.0126(m)and 0.0315(m)respectively.The maximal heal power needed for the system was calculated to be 19.75(kW).The calculation formula of the constant temperature of the constant temperature water oven was derived.Experimental results proved that the system can meet the technological requirements.
