摘要
目的 建立小鼠肺支原体抗体ELISA检测法。方法 采取与国外试剂盒比较的方法。结果 符合率达 10 0 % ,检测 9个单位送检的 184份普通级小鼠血清 ,肺支原体抗体检出率为 97% ,清洁级小鼠血清 86份 ,3份为阳性 (3.5 % ) ,检测 92份SPF级小鼠血清 ,均为阴性 ,具有特异性强 ,灵敏度高 ,结果判定明确 ,可靠等优点。
Objective An ELISA method for the detection of antibody to mouse Mycoplasma pulmonis (M.pul) was established.Method The consistency rate is 100% as compared with foreign diagnostic kit.Result The authors detected 184 conventional mouse sera and 86 clean mouse sera from 9 institutes, with positive rates of 97% and 3/86(3 5%) respectively, and detected 92 SPF mouse sera from our center, the positive rate is zero.Conclusion Its accuracy and simplicity can guarantee the quality of laboratory mice.
