摘要
RT PCR是检测和定量特异性mRNA的高度灵敏技术 ,被广泛应用于基因转录水平的分析研究 ,本文探讨RT PCR方法的发展。
Reverse transcrption of RNA followed by the Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT PCR)is an extremely sensitive method to detect and quantify specific mRNA.It has become increasingly popular for analysis of gene transcripts.The purpose of this paper was to discuss the development,application and potential problem of the RT PCR technique.
