摘要
在全球及我国物流产业、物流管理蓬勃发展的情形下,物流活动所产生的环境污染问题日益受到普遍关注。根据生态经济学、生态伦理学、外部成本内在化及物流绩效等理论,现代物流的发展将不可能摆脱生态环保因素的制约。绿色物流必将成为21世纪物流发展的新趋势。对我国而言,全面发展绿色物流需要政府、企业和民众等多方面的支持和努力。
With the rapid development of logistics industry andlogistics management in both China and other parts of the world,the pollution caused by logistics activities has become ever-increasingglobal attention. According to the theories of sustainable development,ecological economics, ecological ethics, external cost internalizationand logistics performance, environmental protection has inevitablybeen an important factor in the development of enterprise logisticsand logistics enterprises, and green logistics will certainly become anew orientation in the 21st century. So far as China is concerned,the development of green logistics in an all-round way needs thesupports and efforts from the governments, enterprises and public.
