以浙江临安膨润土为原料制备了交联铝蒙脱石.通过微反活性测试表明其初活性与共y—15相当,并比无定形硅铝高出20%.经稀土交换后制得的催化剂,通过水热减活处理前后XRD分析和微反活性测试表明在650℃水热减活5.5h后微反活性可达70.0,d001=17.45(?).
Al-CLM (Al-cross-linked montmorillonite) is prepared From Linan bentonite. The micro-activity (MA) test shows that initial MA is approximately equal to that of Y-Zeolite and 20% hisher than that of amorphous silica-alumina catalyst. Al-Re-CLM is made by being exchanged nith Re3+ and is valued by XRD and MA test before and after hydrothermal treatment, the result shows that Al-Re-CLM is still stable and its MA reaches 70, dool = 17.45A after trydrothermal treatment for 5.5h under 650℃
