寄宿高中学生膳食调查及营养评价

摘要 目的 :了解寄宿式学校高中学生的膳食营养状况。方法 :选择济南外国语学校寄宿高中生 4 2 1人 ,用称重法进行膳食调查 ,以Rohrer指数进行营养评价。结果 :蛋白质摄入量平均每人每日 84 .1g ,优质蛋白占 5 6 .6 % ;除视黄醇当量、钙低于 80 %RNI外 ,其余营养素均超过 90 %RNI ;蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供热比例分别为 15 .2 %、33.1%和 5 1.7% ;早餐热能 (19.3% )偏低 ;学生营养过剩率为 13.3%。结论 :膳食营养素摄入情况基本合理 。 Objective: TO study the diet and nutritional status of students in boarding senior middle schools. Methods: Diet surveys and evaluation of nutritional status of 421 students living in Jinan Foreign Language School were made through weighing and Rohrer index . Results: The protein intaks was 84.1g(64.2% from super protein) and the intake of other nutrients as more than 90 percent of RNI except retinal and calcium (both <80%RNI ) The energy from protein, fat and carbohydrates accounted for 15.2%. 33.1% and 51.7% respectively .The energy from breakfast accounted for 19.3% and the overnutrition rate was about 13.3% by the Rohrer index. Conclusion: The dietary nutrents in students is reasonable on the whole,but some aspects need to be improved in their diet .
