摘要
本文研究了用于薯干原料固定化酵母酒精发酵的菌株及载体,并测定了增殖动力学参数.研究结果表明:固定化菌株以南阳五号酵母(Saccharomyces 1300)、载体以海藻酸钙、增殖培养基以薯干糖化液为佳;最适增殖温度为32~33℃,增殖时间24小时.
In this paper, some yeast strains, immobilized carriers and themultiplication processes of immobilized cells which were used in alcohol fermentation from dried sweet potato, were studied. The results show that the optimun strain, carrier and multiplication media are Saccharomyces 1300, calcium alginate gel and saccharified liquid of dried sweet potato respectively. The optimun temperture of multiplication is 32-33℃, and period 24 hours. The multiplied kinetics parameters of immobilized geast cells were measured.
