摘要
本文于NH_3—NH_4Cl介质(pH8.3)中研究了在亚硝酸钠存在下,钴(Ⅱ)一丁二肟配合物的吸附催化伏安行为,并对其反应机理作了探讨,认为其电极过程为配合物的诱导吸附催化还原过程.在选定条件下,于-1.20V处得一敏感峰,钴浓度在2.0×10^(-12)~4.O×10^(-7)mol/dm^3范围内均与峰高呈良好线性.该法已用于天然水及发样中痕量钴的测定,结果令人满意.
In NH3-NH4Cl medium (pH8.3), the adsorption-catalysis voltammetric behaviour of the cobalt complex with dimelhylglyoxime in the presence of sodium nitrite was studied and the mechanism of electrode process was discussed. It can be considered as an induced adsorption and catalyzed reduction process. In the optimal condition, a sensitive peak of the cobalt complex was obtained at -1.2V (VS. S. C. E). The cobalt concentra tion over the range of 2.0 × 10-12~4.0×10-7mol/dm3 was in good linear relationship with the peak current. This method is satisfactory for the determination of trace cobalt in water and hair samples.
