摘要
针对油田射孔段套管损坏严重的问题 ,采用有限元分析软件 ,按照平面问题 ,以实体建模的形式 ,研究了射孔对套管强度的影响。明确了射孔直径、密度及相位等与套管强度的关系。指出射孔段应采用加厚套管 ,提高屈服强度 30 %左右 。
In consideration of serious damage at casing perforating interval, the effect of perforating on casing strength is studied by using a finite-element analytical software, in terms of establishing a entity-model as well as plane problems. The relationships among perforation diameter, density, phase and casing strength are clarified. It is pointed Out that in order to meet the needs of production, heavy weight casing should be used and about 30% of its yield strength should be raised in the perforating interval.
