摘要
南中国海莺琼盆地的地层温度和压力高 ,压力层系多 ,地层破裂压力与地层压力的差值小 ,常规API套管尺寸系列不能满足钻井要求。提出了一种可下入 8层的非常规套管尺寸系列和相应的钻头尺寸系列 ,还对扩眼钻具、尾管和尾管回接进行了设计。
Because of high formation temperature and pressure, many formation pressure systems and small differential between formation fracture pressure and formation pressure in Yingqiong Basin of South China Sea, conventional API casing size series could not meet the needs of well drilling.A unconventional serial of casing size running through 8 layers is proposed and corresponding bit size series is given. Reamers, liners and liner tiebacks are also designed, of which oilfield application is successful.
