混合能量对水泥浆流变性及稠化时间影响的室内研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF MIXED ENERGY ON RHEOLOGY AND THICKENING TIME OF CEMENT SLURRY

摘要 通过室内试验研究得出不同混合能量配制的水泥浆其性能也不同 ,混合能量越高 ,流变性能越佳 ,稠化时间越短。通过理想环空的假设 ,得出流变性好的浆体 ,顶替效率好。因此文中认为水泥浆设计中 ,混合能量是一个必须考虑的重要参数 ,提高混合能量 ,可改善水泥浆的综合性能 ,利用混合能量的原理更能准确地指导现场注水泥施工作业 ,提高固井质量。 The paper studies the relation between mixed energy and cement slurry property.If mixed energy is large,rheology of cement slurry is better and thickening time is shorter.Through laboratory testing,the results show if rheology of cement slurry is good,displacement rate is also good.So,in design of cement slurry in field,mixed energy is and important partameter.To improve mixed energy can better the synthetic property of cement slurry.Using the principle of mixed energy can accurately direct cementing operation and improve cement quality.
