脑泰方对缺血再灌注沙鼠脑组织谷氨酸及其转运体功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨脑泰方对脑缺血再灌注沙鼠脑组织谷氨酸及其转运体功能的影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉阻断模型。利用脑组织突触膜颗粒对3H L 谷氨酸摄入量及高效液相色谱仪观察脑泰方对脑组织谷氨酸含量的影响。结果 :模型组脑组织谷氨酸含量明显高于假手术组 (P <0 0 1) ,而其转运体功能则明显低于假手术组 (P <0 0 1) ;脑泰方治疗组能明显降低脑组织谷氨酸含量 (P <0 0 1)及显著升高大脑皮层、海马、纹状体谷氨酸转运体功能 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :脑泰方对缺血脑组织的保护作用是通过提高谷氨酸转运体功能以降低神经元突触中过多堆积的谷氨酸 。 To probe into the effects of Naotaifang on the Glutamate acid and glutamate transporter in the brain tissue of gerbil after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.The model of gerbil blocked double sides carobid artery was used.The contents of glutamate acid in brain tissue were higher and its transporters were significantly lower in the model group than those in the control group( P <0 01);the contents of glutamate acid in the brain tissue were significantly decreased( P <0 01) and the function of glutamate transporter on the cerebral cortex,hippocampal and striate body was significantly improved on Naotaifang group( P <0 01).The theraqeutic effectiveness of Naotaifang group was better than that of Nimoldipine group( P <0 05 or P <0 01).
