脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯共混物鉴定方法初探

摘要 研究了水解-气相色谱法与裂解气相色谱法相结合鉴定脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯共混物的方法,用氢氧化钠水解表面活性剂混合物,利用气相色谱和裂解色谱,对水解产物进行分析,依据气相色谱数据和裂解气相色谱数据对共混物进行鉴定.该方法可用于常见脂肪醇、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯混合物的鉴定. A hydrolysis and gas chromatographic method combined with pyrolysis gas chromatographic method was used for identification of the mixture of polyoxyethylated aliphatic alcohol and polyoxyethylated fatty acid. The mixture was hydrolyzed by 10 % NaOH and assayed by gas chromatograph(GC) and pyrolysis gas chromatograph(PGC). According to the different characteristic peaks in GC and PGC every component was identified. This method could be applied successfully to identify the mixture of two kinds of surfactants without seperation and was simple,rapid.The sample size was small.
