摘要
根据航空齿轮材料 (12 Cr2 Ni4A )的具体工艺过程 ,本文重点研究齿轮材料硬化层的断裂性能和裂纹扩展特性 ,并对实验技术、数据处理方法进行探讨和研究 ,该研究为航空齿轮寿命预测提供了重要的分析方法和基本数据。
Miner′s linear cumulative damage theory is frequently employed to estimate fatigue life of aero-gear, but it fails to give satisfactory results, because, for one thing, it cannot take into consideration in a quantitative way the effect of surface hardening on fatigue life. The material used in the experiment is Chinese 12Cr2Ni4A(approximately equivalent to U.S.E3310H). Fig.2 in subsection 2.1 shows the variation of the hardness of 12Cr2Ni4A with the depth of the surface hardened layer. Section 2.2 gives test data of fracture behavior experiments. Section 2.3 gives test data of crack growth rate behaviour(c,n) of the surface hardened layer of an aero-gear. Section 3 analyzes the test data of fracture behavior. The experiment results can be used to quantitatively estimate the fatigue life of the surface hardened layer of an aero-gear.
