摘要 大庆市是以石油和石化为主的资源型城市,要保持城市经济长久繁荣和可持续发展,必须发展替代产业尤其是高新技术产业。为此,大庆市也以“科教兴市、搞好二次创业”为目标做了大量工作,逐年加大了科技活动人力和财力的投入,被评为全国科教兴市先进城市。但是,大庆市在科技投入方面尚存在很多问题,对此应有清醒的认识,需采取多种措施加以解决。
