摘要
目的 通过对 2 0例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征悬雍垂腭咽成型术后的随访分析 ,探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的适应证和疗效。方法 采用悬雍垂腭咽成型术式 (UPPP)。结果 悬雍垂腭咽成型术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征成功率 85 % ,无效 3例占 15 %。结论 悬雍垂腭咽成型术是治疗单纯鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的手术方法之一 ,特别适用于咽部狭窄的患者 ,安全可靠 。
Objective To investigate the indication and effect of Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) to treat obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) through follow up analyses of 20 cases of OSAS teated with UPPP.Methods UPPP was adopted.Results The effective rate of UPPP to treat OSAS was 85%(17 cases),and ineffective rate was 15%(3 cases).Conclusion UPPP was one of the operational method to treat simple snoring and OSAS,and it was especially adaptable to the patients of pharyngotenosis,because it was safe and reliable,and the complication was few.
