摘要
目的 :探讨久效磷对血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶中毒机制。方法 :采用改进 Hafemen法。结果 :测得正常家兔血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力单位为 2 7.2 4 ;家兔中毒 6h酶活力单位为 2 3.68,中毒 2 4 h酶活力单位为 1 8.0 4 ,中毒 36h酶活力单位为 2 7.2 6。经统计学方差分析各组间具有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论
Objective:To approach the mechanism of monocrotophos poisoning glutathione peroxidase.Methods:The study was conducted on rabbits with Hafemen method.Results:The unit of glutathioneperoxidase in blood of control group was 27 24,whereas the units were 23 68,18 04,and 27 26 respectively at 6,24,and 36 hours after exposition to monocrotophos with a significant difference among the groups by variance analysis( P <0 01).Conclusion:Monocrotophos has an obvious inhibitory effect on glutathione peroxidase in rabbit blood.
