摘要
目的 :研究石菖蒲去油水煎液的组分。方法 :采用美国惠普 10 5 0型高效液相色谱仪及色谱工作站 ,Hypersil ODS2 5 μm,4 .6 mm× 15 0 mm色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (用氨液调 p H=9.6 2 ) (5 5∶ 4 5 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长 λ0~ 3 min=336 nm,λ3~ 2 0 min=2 6 0 nm,检测温度为室温 (2 8℃ ) ,对去油水煎液进行 HPLC图谱研究。结果 :在此条件下 ,分离出来的色谱峰最多 ,总共可分离出 10个色谱峰。结论 :石菖蒲去油水煎液中至少含有
Objective: To study the components in deoiled deoction of Acorus gramineus with HPLC system. Methods: The HPLC (Type 1050, HP.U.S.A)system consisted of Hypersil ODS2 Column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm), Methanol-water solution (55∶45; NH 3·H 2O made pH=9.62) was used as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the UV detection wavelength were λ 0~3 min=336 nm,λ 3~20 min=260 nm,the detection temperature was 28℃,to analyse deoiled decoction of Acorus gramineus. Results: Under the above condition, total chromatological peaks were derived, showing the most amount of peaks among all our experiments. Conclusion: Deoiled decoction of Acorus gramineus contains at least 10 components.
