摘要
目的 探讨健康女性不同部位骨密度与性激素的关系 .方法 对 74名健康女性血雌二醇 (E2 )、雌三醇(E3 )、睾酮 (T)及前臂 (Forearm)、腰椎正、侧位 (TLS -A ,TLS -L)、腰椎侧位中点感兴趣区 (M -IALS)、髋部 (TH)骨密度等指标 .结果 E2 以及除TH以外的其他部位的骨密度 ,在绝经后均有显著性下降 (p均 <0 .0 5 ) ;TLS -L、TH、Forearm分别与E2 (r=0 .2 986 ,p<0 .0 5 )、T(r=0 .2 6 87,p<0 .0 5 )和E3 (r =0 .3380 ,p <0 .0 5 )有显著性相关 .
Objective Observate about the correlation between bone mineral density and sexual hormones in chinese healthy women. Methods Seventy-four healthy Chinese women were taken part in the study. Serum estridiol(E 2), estriol(E 3) and testerone(T)were measured by radiommunoassay(RIA). The BMD of total lumbar spine at anterior (TLS-A)and lateral(TLS-L)position,the mid-point interesting area of lateral spine(M-IALS), the forearm and the total hip(TH) were scanned by the dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA,QDR4500A,Hologic Inc.,USA). Results E 2 and all of the BMD were declined significantly after postmenopausal(p<0.05,for all),excepting the TH;the BMD of TLS-L,TH and forearm are correlated significantly with E 2(r- 0.2968,p<0.05),T(r= 0.2680,p<0.05) and E 3 (r=0.3380,p<0.05) by partial correlation analysis,respectively. Conclusions The BMD at different positions of the body,was correlated with different sexual hormones, respectively. This phenomenon should be baken cared in the shoice of hormone replacement theraty,in the building up of BMD diagnose standard,and in the forward studies.
