多功能股骨板(MFFP)在股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用及生物力学分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :测定多功能股骨板 (MFFP)生物力学性能 ,对临床应用进行分析研究。方法 :对 12具新鲜尸体股骨上端标本上应变片进行测定 ,临床应用MFFP治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 3 6例 ,分析治疗效果。结果 :MFFP能增加骨折端的稳定性 ,改善股骨粗隆间骨折处骨的重建和骨折愈合的力学环境 ,较DHS、DCS、鹅头钉有显著优势 ;临床应用表明MFFP创伤小 ,复位效果好 ,固定牢靠稳定 ,抗旋性能好 ,愈合率高。结论 :MFFP结构合理、生物力学性能好 ,三维固定 ,防旋性能优越 ,操作简便 ,应用范围广泛 ,易于推广。 Objective:The study was conducted to measure the biomechanical study and clinical application analysis of MFFP system.Methods:The MFFP system was analyzed on the biomechanics of intertrochanteric fracture of femoral mold.Results:The MFFP system can increase the stability of fracture and improve the mechanical environment of bone re-establishment and fractural healing.It has an advantage over dynamic hip screw (DHS),dynamic condyle screw (DCS) or slid hip screw.It has other advantages of less injury satisfied reduction,seliable fixation, high fractural healing and more effective ability of anti-rotation.Conclusions:The MFFP system had advantages of proper design with reliable biomechanical performance, effective ability of anti-rotation, three-dimensional fixation and simple manipulation.
