摘要
研究了以 3μm C18、3μm C8、3μm PH、3μm CN、3μm Si等填充料为填充柱的毛细管电色谱法对硫脲、苯甲醇、苯甲醛和萘的分离度。结果表明 ,填充料的粒度越小 ,柱效越高。
The separation effect of thiourea, benzformaldehyde,benzaldehyde and naphthalene was studied with the method of capillary electry electrochromatograph. And the parked column was parked with 3 μm C 18, C 8, PH, CN and Si successively. The result shows the smaller the size of parked materials, the higher the column efficiency was.
