摘要
本文以铁和硝酸为主要原料 ,以稀土 (Ce O2 )为主要助剂 ,开发适合大型合成氨厂使用的稀土铁基无硫无铬型 CO高温变换催化剂 ,探讨了稀土 (Ce O2 )的加入量及制备过程中热煮方式、焙烧温度等对催化剂性能的影响。
The work exploits the rare earth iron based non-sulfur & non-chromium catalyst for high temperature CO shift reaction. The catalyst is suitable to large synthesis ammonia industry. In the process of the catalyst preparation,iron and nitric acid are major raw materials and CeO 2 is major catalytic promoter.The effect of CeO 2 adding amount,cooking mode and calcinating temperature on catalytic activity was investigated.
