摘要
东北电网大坝第一次安全定期检查虽然都评定为正常坝 ,但有的大坝仍存在较大的问题 ,不容忽视。在加强观测的同时 ,也必须采取一定的工程措施 。
Though the dams in Northeast Power Network evaluated as the normal dam in first regular checking for safety ,but larger problems are existed in some dams,it can not be allowed to be neglected In the meantime to strengthen the monitoring,some engineering measures must be adopted to ensure the safety of dams
