摘要
目的 :探讨AC 88的抗肿瘤作用和它对机体的毒性作用。方法 :以移植H 2 2肝癌细胞和MethA肉瘤细胞的荷瘤小鼠为实验模型 ,研究AC 88对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用 ,并测定其血清生化指标。结果 :AC 88的抑瘤率可高达 70 %以上 ,而且对动物的肝肾毒性不大。结论 :AC 88有良好的抑瘤作用 。
Objective:To explore the antitumor effect of AC 88 and its toxicity to organism.Methods:We used H 22 and Meth A cell bearing mice as model to study the antitumor effect of AC 88 and the change of serum biochemistry.Results:We found the antitumor rate of AC 88 is over 70 percent and its hepatotoxicity and renal toxicity were lower.Conclusions:AC 88 has obvious antitumor effect and it is worthwhile to be developed into an anticarcinogen.
