摘要
目的通过对 2 2 4例斜视矫正手术患者的随访资料分析 ,探讨斜视手术后部分患者斜视回退的原因。方法将 2 2 4例患者按年龄、双眼单视功能、斜视类型分为 3组 ,随诊观察 3个月至 5年 ,将 3组病人术后的斜视回退率进行比较分析 ,寻找出影响斜视回退的可能因素。结果特殊类型斜视组回退率最高 ,达 2 8 5 % ,无双眼单视功能组其次 ,达 2 1 5 6 % ,成人组复发率第三 ,达 11 4% ,复发率最低组为术后具有双眼单视功能组 3 46 %。结论斜视手术后回退与斜视类型、双眼单视功能及年龄均有较大的关系 ,因此术前双眼单视功能的训练及选择早期手术矫正对减少斜视回退具有重要意义。
Objective Studying return reason of postoperation, to analyse fellow up data of 224 cases patients with strabismus of postoperation. Methods 224 cases were divided into three group, according age, kinds of strabismus and binocalar visual function. Folled-up 3 month to 5 years, the return rate was compared in three group and to find out possible affect facts of strabismus return. Results Return rate of strabismus was higher(28.5%), no-binocalar visual group was second(21.56%), adult group arrange third(11.4%. The group possessed binocalar visual function was lower(3.46%). Conclusion The return rate was concerned in kinds of strabismus, binocalar visual function and age. It is important to train binocalar visual function both foreoperation and postoperation and to select early stage surgical orthopedy.
