整合素与胚胎着床 被引量:6

摘要 整合素是一类细胞粘附分子受体,有粘附和信号传递两大基本功能。现已发现,整合素在子宫内膜和胚胎上均有表达,并受雌、孕激素等多种因素的调节。它参与细胞的增殖、分化、粘附和迁移等过程,在胚胎着床中起着重要的作用。其中,整合素亚单位α_vβ_3和α_4β_1可作为子宫内膜容受性的标志,并参与着床过程。此外,整合素在输卵管粘膜也有表达,可能为研究胚胎异位着床的分子机制提供一定的理论依据。
