腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞在分娩镇痛中的应用被引量：11

摘要腰麻—硬膜外联合阻滞(CSE)被认为是目前镇痛效果最确切的分娩镇痛方法。本文综述CSEA的操作方法、药物配伍、对产程及宫缩的影响、副作用等。
