HLA-G与妊娠免疫
摘要
对近年来人白细胞G抗原(HLA-G)的结构、分布、在妊娠免疫中的作用及其与病理性妊娠关系的研究进展进行综合分析。发现HLA-G在妊娠免疫耐受的建立中起重要作用。HLA-G的表达及功能缺陷可能与病理性妊娠,如妊娠高血压综合征、习惯性流产、胎儿宫内发育迟缓等的发病机制有关。
