摘要
近年来的异常气候,导致我国洪涝旱灾等自然灾害频繁交替发生,防洪抗旱、防灾减灾的任务愈发艰巨。水利部“948”项目办公室结合水利部有关防洪减灾的科技计划,在防洪预警、旱情监测、堤坝隐患探测、除险加固及河湖疏浚等方面,先后引进了一批技术和设备,现已在实践中产生了明显的社会经济效益。
Abnormal climate change in recent years has led to frequent and alternative occurrence of natural disasters including floods and droughts. Flood control and disaster mitigation have become an important task for the government. In line with scientific plan issued by Ministry of Water Resources, the office of '948' Project has introduce some equipment and instruments of flood control, early warning, drought monitoring, detecting of embankment and dyke danger, consolidation and reinforcement of reservoirs and dykes as well as river and lake dredging which have brought outstanding social and economic benefits.
