摘要
用 0～ 10 0mg/L三唑酮浸种后 ,玉米种子发芽势减弱 ,胚芽鞘的生长受到抑制 .三唑酮使植株矮化 ,叶绿素含量升高 ,须根数增加 。
The maize seeds were soaked with aqueout solution of triadimefon at concentration of 0～100 mg/L. It reduced the growth of coleoptile and the vigour of germination and the plant height. It also could increase the chlorophyll contentof leaves and the number of fibrous roots. The vitality of roots was enhenced.
