摘要
全球化将对劳动就业产生重大的影响 ,其影响路径主要包括相互依赖和相互促进的三个方面 ,即国际经贸活动的自由化扩张、现代科技与信息网络的传递和国际文化与制度的交融等。我们应通过这三个方面的努力 ,积极争取主动 。
Globlization is influencing employment market significantly. The influence is made through three channels, which are expansion of international trade, transmission of high\|tech and information network and culture exchange and institutional change.Meanwhile, these channels depend and interact each other.Therefore,only following these three channels to compete, we could gain an advantage of international employment market.
