分布式油罐液位激光测控技术系统的设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种分布式油罐液位激光测控系统防爆式高精度光栅型激光液位传感器的构成原理。系统通过 87c5 1单片微机系统的多机通讯技术的综合应用控制油罐电机的频率 ,进而精确控制分布式油罐的液位在精度 (0 .0 5 % ) The design scheme about the advanced distributed laser measuring and control system to the level of the oil tank is introduced. The level measuring theory based on the grating laser sensor with high accuracy and detonation-prevented is also presented. The courses of data collecting and signal processing are given. At the same time the sources of error are analyzed. The experimental results show that the signal is accuracy and no loss of code when it transmits 800 meters through the optical fiber, the system error is below 0.05 percent when the measuring level range is within 20 meters.
