摘要
国有民办二级学院是国有高校创建的按民办机制运作的相对独立的新制本科二级学院。根据国有民办二级学院的特点分析了其师资队伍由基本队伍、母体教师及外聘教师三部分形成的构建框架 ,并提出了在构建师资队伍时尤其要重视专职教师队伍的建设 ,发挥民办机制优势聘请兼职教师 ,形成兼职教师队伍网络 。
A state-owned, privately run college, a newly built level college subsidiary to a state-owned institution of higher learning, separates under the mechanism of privately run, comparatively independent management for the education of undergraduates. This paper makes, based on its characteristics, an analysis of the made up of its teaching faculty, which consists of a team of the post-transferred teachers of its own, teachers of the superior responsible university, and engaged teachers from other institutions. In this essay, the author plays a strong emphasis on the importance of the construction of the full-time teaching faculty, while in the meantime, takes advantage of the mechanism of private run to engage part-time teachers so as to constitute a part-time teaching faculty network, it also tackls the relationship in building up the team of its teaching faculty.
