摘要
本文通过对鹅观草届二个四倍体种本田鹅观草(Roegneria hondai Kitag.)和缘毛鹅观草(Roegneria pendulina Nevski)染色体组分析,研究了它们的亲缘关系。这两个种杂种F_1减数分裂构型4.54Ⅰ+5.01Ⅱ(环形)+6.49Ⅱ(棒形)+0.19Ⅲ+0.04Ⅳ,减数分裂过程不正常,未能结实。表明本田鹅观草和缘毛鹅观草染色体组间具有一定程度的差异,存在着生殖隔离,应划为两个不同的生物种。这一结论同形态学分类相一致。
The biosystematic relationship between Roegtieria hondai Kitag. and R. pen-dulina Nevski in the tribe Triticeae Dum. were studied by means of genome analysis. F1 PMC had a mean configuration of 4.54 Ⅰ+5.01Ⅱ (ring) +6.49Ⅱ (rod) +0.19Ⅲ+0.04 Ⅳ, an irregular chromosome pairing in meiosis and completely no seed set. The difference of genome and reproductive isolation between two species were observed. The evidence obtained from this study supported the morphological point of view that R. hondai and R. pendulina were independant good species.
