摘要
本文在分析我国民办高等教育现状的基础上 ,研究了制约其发展的因素 ,并从加强立法。
This paper analyses the present situation of the higher education run by the local people. It studies the main obstacles of its development and explores the conditions and methods of sustainable development of local-people- run higher education in china through three ways, which is building law system, increasing capital resources and improving teaching qualities.
