摘要
本项研究制备出油溶性二异辛基二硫代氨基甲酸铋 ,通过红外光谱、质谱、C13 核磁共振谱及等离子发射光谱等仪器分析测定了其分子结构 ,用热分析方法测定了它的热稳定性 ,并用四球机和环块试验机考察了这种化合物在润滑油中的减摩性和极压抗磨性 ,还与相应的锌盐作了对比 。
In this study, an oil soluble compound, bismuth dioctyl dithiocarbamate , was successfully prepared, and its chemical structure was defined by means of instrumental analysis such as infrared spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, C 13 nuclearmagnetic resonance spectroscopy and elemental analysis Its thermal stability was tested by thermal gravity analysis Furthermore, its tribological behaviors were evaluated on four ball machine and block on ring test rig Test results showed the compound possesses good thermal stability, friction reducing ability, load carrying capacity and excellent EP property
