摘要
大规格高碳钢线材轧后自然放置一段时间后的力学性能发生较大变化 ,尤其是线材的断面收缩率提高较为明显。通过对13mm的 82B高碳钢线材在不同时段残余应力的测定分析 。
After rolling and natural aging for a period,the mechanical properties of large-size high carbon steel wire rods change greatly,especially the reduction ratio of area is improved remarkably.Through measuring and analyzing residual stress of 13mm 82B wire rods made at different time internals,the reason and the regularity of the change for mechanical properties before and after aging are preliminarily revealed.
