摘要
针对面向用户的模块化柔性生产线方案特点 ,研究开发了基于知识的快速设计系统。建立了基于知识的模块化柔性生产线的设计模型 ,实现了产品数据、多领域知识表达、产品结构和评价模型统一表达。最后 ,通过所开发的原型系统详细分析了系统的构成和运行过程。
Directed against the characteristic of the conceptual design of modular flexible production lines, a knowledge based rapid design system has been studied. The unitary knowledge based design model for the parts to be machined, the machining process and the correspond modular flexible production line is established to embed engineering knowledge within product model. Finally, the main content of developed prototype software system is discussed in detail, as well as the knowledge based design process.
