摘要
试验并讨论了不同变形温度对2A12铝合金超塑性的影响。总结2A12合金伸长率的变化规律,得出在470℃拉伸时超塑性最佳。通过对断口形貌和显微组织观察,分析了试样断裂机理。
The effects of different deforming temperature on the superplasticity of 2A12 aluminium alloywere experimented and discussed. The regulations of eleongation with different deforming temperature wereconcluded. The results show that 2A12 aluminium alloy obtained the best superplasticity at 470. The mechanisms were analyzed by observing microstructure of fractographs.
