摘要
通过对广州等 4个重点的城市战略规划 (概念规划)实践的剖析 ,分析了战略规划产生的宏观前景 ,总结了战略规划的技术路线 ,并认为这一新类别的规划研究促进了城市研究、规划方法的探索 ,为城市政府提供了更恰当的咨询方式 ,同时也指出了战略规划的不足 ,肯定了这一新类别规划的积极意义。
This paper provides the experience on drawing up the strategic planning with four cities as the case and analyses the backgrounds of its birth. It also introduces its technical line, urban study promoted by this kind of planning and its planning method as consultant to the government as well as its weak points.
