介绍作者在作湛江市排水专项规划时 ,对该城市的水淹情况进行原因分析 ,并提出解决对策。
Investigations were made of the causes for the flooding in the urban area of Zhanjiang, where the author was engaged in drainage planning. Some proposals are provided here to solve the problem.
