The Study on Piglets Ambient Climate Control System

摘要 自行开发研制的夹层内热风循环式保温箱和PTC元件箱底供热式保温箱经进一步改进后 ,在秋冬季与传统的石英管灯 (C1)、炕式保温 (C2 )和红外线灯 (C3 )比较 ,结果证明两种系统均能显著降低仔猪打堆频率 (P <0 0 1)和腹泻发生率 ,提高哺乳仔猪成活率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,减少采暖能源成本。其中采用热风循环式采暖保温系统的T1组成活率最大 ,为 98 34 % ,比C2 组高 11 2 % ,比C3 组高 12 8%。采用PTC底板加热保温箱的T2 组取得最好的节能效果 ,日耗电量 3 5 8度 ,比C3 组低 0 6度 ,比T1组低 1 0 4度 ,月能量费用相应降低 6 2元和 10 9元。 Two controlled environment temperature systems are designed and then their functions are tested. The formal experiment was done in Yunnan province. The consequence demonstrates that two systems can significantly improve energy efficiency and piglet performance compared with quartz tube lamp (C_1), concrete floor heating bed (C_2), and infrared heat ray lamp (C_3). The survival rate of piglets in Warm-air-circulation lying box and PTC-bottom-heating lying box is 98.34% and 94.13% and those of C_1, C_2 and C_3 is 92.34%, 87.17% and 85.56% respectively (P<0.05). PTC-bottom-heating lying box achieves the best energy efficiency. These conclusions are alike with the results of preliminary experiment conducted in warm season.
