摘要
针对目前信阳蔬菜生产面临的一系列问题 ,在分析了其产生的原因之后 ,提出了“四个结合”的解决办法 ,以引进信阳缺乏的人才、资金、技术 ,力争在这一轮蔬菜产业结构调整中 ,搞好蔬菜产业化经营 ,从根本上解决信阳蔬菜生产中存在的问题 ,进而积极应对入世后带来的挑战。
First the paper analyzing the series problems and their causes lying in xinyang vegetable production now.Second ,it puts out'four Unites'Countermeasures for absorbing Xinyang's poor resource from other areas,such as human power ?finance?professional technology.By doing these best ,the vegetable industrial administration will be promoted in the new reform of vegetable industrial Restructure .So we can smoothly controll the basis from which the problems was born and overcome the challenges actively after joining the WTO.
