摘要
随着市场化改革的逐步深入 ,国有企业存在的深层矛盾和问题逐渐暴露出来。对国企经营者的选择和激励问题就是其中之一。本文就国有企业经营者的选择和激励问题做了分析 ,提出建立国有企业经营者的选择和激励机制的新思路 ,以供大家探讨。
With the development of market economy,problems existing deeply in the SOEs are gradually exposed,and among them is the selection and incentive of managers for the SOEs.The paper states on the problem and gives suggestion on it for reference.
