摘要
目的 对 10 5例小儿先天性巨结肠行改良 Duhamel s手术进行分析、总结。方法 10 5例小儿先天性巨结肠均用马氏环钳行结肠前壁与直肠前壁斜行吻合术。结果 10 5例患儿均获痊愈 ,无 1例近远期并发症发生。结论 采用该术式治疗先天性巨结肠症 ,具有良好的效果 。
Objective To review the results of modified Duhamel's Operation in the management of Hirschsprang's direase with 105 cases.Methods To analges 105 cases of anastomsis anterior colon and anterior rectum with Ma's spur clamp in Hirsch sprung's clisease.Resultas Allchiedren were cared without longterm complication.Conclusion Maxified Duhamel's operation is effective.No stricture nor blind ponch left.
