摘要
【目的】探讨合并糖尿病的妇科手术病人的围手术期处理。【方法】回顾性分析 80例妇科手术合并糖尿病病人的手术前糖尿病诊断与围手术期控制血糖治疗方法 ,随机抽取同期 10 0例非糖尿病患者作对照。【结果】两组患者术中、术后均无手术并发症 ,全部安全渡过围手术期 ,伤口Ⅱ期愈合分别有 1例和 3例 ,其它均为Ⅰ期愈合。【结论】糖尿病患者进行妇科手术 ,围手术期用胰岛素治疗并保持血糖浓度相对稳定 ,是手术成功的关键。
To evaluate the management of diabetic patients during peri operation period of gynecologic surgery. The diagnosis of diabetes before operation and the options of management of diabetes during peri operation period were analyzed retrospectively in 80 diabetics who underwent gynecologic surgery.100 non diabetics during the same period were randomly selected as the control group. No complications were found in the two groups. All patients survived the operation safely. Stage Ⅱ wound healing was found in one case of the study group and three cases of the control group respectively. The rest cases healed at stage Ⅰ. [Conclusions] The key point for successful gynecologic surgery in diabetics is to use insulin to maintain stable blood glucose during peri operation period.
