摘要
纳米陶瓷复合材料具有良好的力学性能和优越的高温性能等特性,是当今材料科学研究的重要课题。本文综合国内相关资料对纳米陶瓷复合材料的制备方法作一简要评述,主要介绍纳米陶瓷复合粉体的制备方法和固体纳米陶瓷复合材料的烧结。
Nano-ceramic composites have many advantages such as good mechanical property and excellent high-temperature property. Study on nano-ceramic composites has already been a promising field in materials science . By summarizing the literatures inside or outside the country, nano-ceramic composites were reviewed in this paper. Especially, the preparation of nano-ceramic composite powders and the sintering of solid nano-ceramic composites were introduced
